Certified Introduction to the art of playing and
mastering the GONG

This day, Friday, January 30, marks the official beginning of the Gong Master Course with Anand Raj & Tor Arne Håve.


This course opens a structured and in-depth exploration of gong playing, sound healing, and conscious facilitation through vibration and resonance.

The Gong Master Course is a comprehensive training consisting of four modules, designed to equip participants with both theoretical understanding and strong practical skills. Throughout the course, you will learn how to play different gongs and how to guide Gong Meditations, Soundbaths, and Gong Ceremonies with confidence and sensitivity.
Each module can be certified separately, allowing flexibility in your learning process.

Our focus is firmly on practical learning. You will be given plenty of opportunities to practice, receive feedback, and deepen your experience step by step. Personal growth is an essential part of this training, which is why the course includes coaching, study groups, and personal follow-up from the main teachers, supporting both your technical development and personal practice.

No gong of your own is required.

This is more than a concert — it is a living sound journey.

Multiple experienced practitioners come together in intuitive improvisation, listening deeply to one another, the instruments, and the collective field in the room. The sound unfolds organically, guided by presence rather than performance.

Surrounded by multiple gongs and overtone instruments, you will be bathed in rich layers of vibration that can calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and support emotional and physical renewal.

The gong’s sound works beyond words, allowing transformation to happen naturally — melting old patterns and creating space for clarity, rest, and rejuvenation.

The ceremony is guided by Tor Arne Håvne, Anand Raj, Hanne Kristine, Hale, and Eva Kathrine Hidal, holding a grounded, safe, and intentional space for deep listening and healing.

This is a beautiful way to begin the evening grounded and present — whether you come with your partner, family, or friends, or wish to celebrate the weekend and the changing season. Step out of the cold and enter the warm, infrared-heated space at Northern Light Yoga, where sound and vibration invite you to slow down, soften, and reconnect.

Joik - et «språk» fra sjel til sjel (intro kurs)

Bli med på en spennende reise i den samiske vokaltradisjonen joik. Du får lære om joik og får bruke din egen stemme i fellesskap med andre.

Du vil lære om joikens funksjon, vokalteknikker, joikestavelser, joikens historie og ulike tradisjoner. Vi vil lære noen joiker og jobbe med spontane lyduttrykk basert på joikestavelser.

Kurset er et introkurs, hvor det blir en god blanding av foredrag/kåseri om joik med lytteeksempler og aktiv medvirkning i joikeuttrykk sammen. Det blir en inspirerende, åpnende og givende stund.

Om kursholder

Grethe Midgaard Torrissen fra Circles of Sound bruker joik som uttrykk i musikk og meditative lydreiser. Hun har samiske aner, er musiker, yogalærer og innehaver av kurssenteret og småbruket Circles of Sound Ecofarm.

Grethe har studert joik ved Nord Universitet, og gjennom sin fordypning har hun fått innsikt i hvordan joik kan brukes til dyp kommunikasjon mellom mennesker, natur og sjel/ånd. Hun har selv erfart hvordan joiken bidro til kontakt med et dypere og mer genuint uttrykk – med stemmen og seg selv. Joik kan endre stemning og bevissthet om det som joikes.

Musikkuttrykket hun skaper i sin egen musikk er inspirert av nordisk ursang, naturen, åndelige tradisjoner og mytiske vesener som huldra og alver. Hun bruker joik, strupesang og mantra i sin lydmessige «verktøykasse».

Mer om joik

Joik har en særegen plass i den samiske kulturen – både som folkemusikk, som verktøy for noaiden i den gamle samiske religionen/spiritualiteten, som kommunikasjon med naturen og som en måte å skape samhold og felles forståelse på. Du vil få oppleve hvordan joiken på en lydmalende måte speiler det som joikes.

Det heter seg at du blir det du joiker. Du vil lære mer om og erfare joikens kraft til å endre sinnsstemning og påvirke tilstedeværelse.

Joik har mange fellestrekk med andre urfolks vokaltradisjoner og med hvordan mantra brukes i ulike tradisjoner.

Det blir en inspirerende og givende stund – en blanding av læring, opplevelse, lytting og aktiv deltakelse.

For de som ønsker å fordype seg videre etter kurset, er det også mulig å delta på et fordypningskurs søndag 12. april, med frigjørende stemmeøvelser, fordypning i joik og ursang, samt rom for å utvikle egne joiker.

Velkommen til «PUST» - en terapeutisk og åndelig fordypning over tre uker veiledet av din egen pust.

~~~ Pustearbeid seiler opp som en av vår tids populære praksiser, da den på en enkel og tilgjengelig måte gir dype opplevelser av helbredelse, transformasjon og selvoppdagelse. Strukturert som dette - over tre påfølgende uker, blir denne fordypningen et trygt rom til å bli kjent med pustens utrolige potensiale, fordøye ditt livs nåværende utfordringer og å bringe frem de fineste sidene av deg selv.

~~~ Fordypningen er skreddersydd for at du skal kunne dra full nytte av pustepraksisens frukter - både de som spirer momentant mens du puster, og de som modner i det du integrerer innsiktene inn i ditt dagligliv. Formatet baserer seg både på introspektiv pusteteknikk og felles utforskning i gruppe. Det undervises ikke «pusteøvelser» du kan ta med hjem, men legges til rette for at mennesker med appetitt for helbredelse, personlig transformasjon og åndelig oppvåkning kan bli støttet i sin prosess. Stilen av Breathwork som tilbys i denne fordypningen er beskrevet av deltagere som både mykere og dypere enn andre type Breathwork.

I denne sirkelen er alle utfordringer og potensialer du ser i deg selv ønsket fullt velkomment. Fordypningen er designet for å støtte både erfarne pustere og nysgjerrige nykommer.

Fordypningen er ledet av Magnus Jonas, som gjennom de siste 10 årene har vært en pioner innenfor pustebasert praksis i Norge. Med bakgrunn i vestlig psykologi, og med initiering innen flere østlige visdomstradisjoner holder han rom for oppvåkning og utvikling med raushet, visdom og dyp interesse for det som faktisk fungerer for å føde et rikere og mer meningsfullt liv.

Yoga for gravide er en rolig 75-minutters klasse med fokus på avspenning, tilstedeværelse og myke, gjentatte bevegelser som fremmer velvære og styrker båndet mellom mor og baby. Kurset bygger på MediYoga, som har røtter i kundaliniyoga og en forskningsbasert tilnærming med vekt på stressreduksjon, økt sirkulasjon og balanse i kroppen.

Du vil gjøre rolige, tilpassede bevegelser som masserer kroppen, løser opp spenninger og gir en god følelse både fysisk og mentalt. Pusteøvelser, avspenning og meditasjon støtter både deg og babyen og bidrar til ro og nærvær.

Vi snakker kort om fysiske og emosjonelle endringer i graviditeten og lærer øvelser som støtter kroppen og forbereder den til fødsel. Vi går gjennom fødestillinger og pusteteknikker du kan bruke underveis, og tar også opp temaer knyttet til barselperioden og behovene etter fødselen.

Pregnancy Yoga is a calm, 75-minute class focusing on relaxation, presence, and soft, repetitive movements that promote well-being and strengthen the bond between mother and baby. The course is based on MediYoga, which has roots in kundalini yoga and a research-based approach emphasizing stress reduction, circulation, and balance in the body.

You will practice gentle, adapted movements that massage the body, release tension, and offer both physical and mental ease. Breathing practices, relaxation, and meditation support both you and your baby, fostering calm and connection.

We talk briefly about physical and emotional changes in pregnancy and learn exercises that support the body and prepare it for birth. We explore birthing positions and breathing techniques you can use during labor, and also address topics related to the postpartum period and recovery.

YogaGym for småbarn og foreldre passer for barn fra aktiv bevegelse (ca. når barnet begynner å krabbe/gå) til 3–4 år.

Foreldre deltar aktivt og hjelper barnet gjennom øvelsene i en 45-minutters time som kombinerer tøying, lek, rolige bevegelser og avslappende avspenningsøvelser. Vi ruller, lager bru, bruker gymballer, balansebrett og tunneler – alt for å gjøre bevegelse morsomt og utviklende.

Timene støtter barnets motoriske utvikling, balanse, koordinasjon og kroppskontroll, samtidig som de stimulerer hjernens utvikling gjennom sanseinntrykk, konsentrasjon og problemløsning. Avspenningsøvelsene hjelper barnet å roe ned, kjenne kroppen sin og utvikle fokus.

I tillegg styrker timene trygghet, samspill og kommunikasjon mellom barn og foreldre – og gir en hyggelig arena for å le og ha det gøy sammen.

YogaGym for toddlers and parents is suitable for children from active movement (crawling/walking) up to around 3–4 years old.

Parents participate actively, guiding the child through a 45-minute session combining stretching, playful movement, calm exercises, and relaxing wind-down practices. We roll, make bridges, use gym balls, balance boards, and tunnels — making movement fun and developmental.

The classes support motor development, balance, coordination, and body awareness, while also stimulating brain development through sensory input, concentration, and problem-solving. Relaxation exercises help the child calm down, feel their body, and develop focus.

The sessions also strengthen bonding, communication, and security between parent and child, providing a joyful space to play and connect.

Please bring water and wear comfortable clothing — both parent and child.

Barselyoga er en 60-minutters time med MediYoga-baserte øvelser i myke, gjentatte bevegelser på 1–3 minutter, med pauser til hvile og bevisst pust. Timen er tilpasset slik at alle kan delta uavhengig av form eller erfaring.

Du gjør øvelser som styrker kjernemuskulaturen, lindrer ryggsmerter, strammer opp magen, styrker bekkenbunnen og løsner spenninger i nakke og skuldre – områder som ofte blir belastet av bæring av baby. Dette kan bidra til bedre kroppsholdning og mindre ubehag.

Babyen får også være aktiv gjennom små øvelser og bevegelser som støtter motorisk utvikling, gir sanseinntrykk og skaper nærhet mellom dere.

I tillegg lærer du massasjeteknikker som kan roe kolikk, fremme bedre søvn, støtte babyens utvikling og styrke tilknytningen. Timen avsluttes med en kort babymassasje, og du kan ta pauser for mating eller bleieskift når det trengs.

Jeg legger vekt på å skape et rolig og trygt rom hvor du kan være til stede med babyen samtidig som du får styrket kroppen, redusert stress og lært nyttige teknikker for tiden etter fødselen.

Du kan starte med Barselyoga seks uker etter en ukomplisert fødsel, eller etter anbefaling fra lege ved keisersnitt.

POSTNATAL YOGA with BABY MASSAGE

Postnatal Yoga is a 60-minute class based on MediYoga, using soft, repetitive movements lasting 1–3 minutes with breaks for rest and conscious breathing. The class is accessible for everyone regardless of fitness level or experience.

You will practice movements

- that strengthen the core, relieve back pain, tone the abdomen, support the pelvic floor, and release tension in the neck and shoulders — common areas of strain when caring for a baby.
This can help improve posture and reduce discomfort.

Your baby is included through simple movements and playful stimulation that support motor development, sensory input, and bonding between you.

You also learn massage techniques

- that can soothe colic, support better sleep, aid development, and strengthen connection. Each session ends with a short baby massage, and you may take breaks any time for feeding or changing.

The class creates a calm, safe space where you can be present with your baby while strengthening your body, reducing stress, and learning useful tools for the postpartum period.

You may start Postnatal Yoga six weeks after an uncomplicated birth, or with medical clearance after a caesarean section.

Velkommen til «PUST» - en terapeutisk og åndelig fordypning over tre uker veiledet av din egen pust.

~~~ Pustearbeid seiler opp som en av vår tids populære praksiser, da den på en enkel og tilgjengelig måte gir dype opplevelser av helbredelse, transformasjon og selvoppdagelse. Strukturert som dette - over tre påfølgende uker, blir denne fordypningen et trygt rom til å bli kjent med pustens utrolige potensiale, fordøye ditt livs nåværende utfordringer og å bringe frem de fineste sidene av deg selv.

~~~ Fordypningen er skreddersydd for at du skal kunne dra full nytte av pustepraksisens frukter - både de som spirer momentant mens du puster, og de som modner i det du integrerer innsiktene inn i ditt dagligliv. Formatet baserer seg både på introspektiv pusteteknikk og felles utforskning i gruppe. Det undervises ikke «pusteøvelser» du kan ta med hjem, men legges til rette for at mennesker med appetitt for helbredelse, personlig transformasjon og åndelig oppvåkning kan bli støttet i sin prosess. Stilen av Breathwork som tilbys i denne fordypningen er beskrevet av deltagere som både mykere og dypere enn andre type Breathwork.

Velkommen til en hjertevarm nærende hvilende stund sammen!

Denne Soulful Sunday på Northern Light Yogas studio i Ski blir det mantrasang (hjertesang) og guidet meditasjon med poesilesing hvor du inviteres til å ligge komfortabelt og la poesien fylle ditt nervesystem og dine celler.
Poesi som inviterer deg inn til det  hvilende indre rom i deg. Som alltid er der. Bakenfor støy, tanker og følelser. Et kjærlig stille nærvær. Det blir også spilt levende meditativ musikk.

Kom med deg selv akkurat som du er! «Vakker» sangstemme er ikke nødvendig ~ kom med din stemme. I mantrasang handler det ikke om å prestere eller synge «fint». Men la din stemme fylle kroppen din, og de helende vibrasjoner fra sankritordene i mantrasangene. Og helt enkelt ~ det å synge har en beroligende effekt på kropp og sjel! Og særlig i fellesskap. Du kan også komme og bare lytte om du ønsker det. Vi sitter i sirkel og du inviteres til å lukke øyene mens du synger, og la sangen lede deg inn i meditasjon. 

Kanskje blir det også litt intuitiv guidet dans.... vi ser hvordan flyten blir :) 

Karina Dahlum holder denne kvelden. Hun er musiker, musikkterapeut og yogainstruktør, og med en stor kjærlighet for meditasjon og mantrasang. Karina har blant annet hentet sin kjennskap til mantrasang på hennes spirituelle reiser i India. 

Litt mer om mantrasang:

Mantrasang kan beskrives som en snarvei til meditasjon. I India kalles mantrasang for kirtan som betyr "devotional song" - hengivende sang. De fleste av sangene/chantene er på sanskrit - et urgammelt språk fra India. Sanskritordene er kjent for sine sterke vibrasjoner som har en helende evne. Alle gjør de samme øvelsene – med små tilpasninger slik at både barn (fra 5 år), tenåringer, foreldre og besteforeldre kan være med. Timen legger vekt på samarbeid, støtte og det å ha det gøy sammen.

Øvelsene består av en balansert kombinasjon av rolige og mer dynamiske bevegelser, tøyninger, balanseøvelser og enkle pusteteknikker. Underveis kan det hende vi hopper, løper, krabber rundt eller bruker hverandre som støtte – samtidig som vi lærer å lytte til pusten og kroppen. Målet er å skape en trygg atmosfære der alle kan utforske bevegelse, le, utfordre seg litt og oppleve ekte tilstedeværelse.

In the Bliss Room at Northern Light Yoga, there is a serene drawing of Guanyin — the Chinese depiction of Avalokiteśvara, the Bodhisattva of Compassion.

In the Heart Sutra, Avalokiteśvara enters deep meditation and realizes the essence of the Buddha’s wisdom — understanding the nature of emptiness and the five skandhas (form, feeling, perception, mental formation, and consciousness).

Over centuries, the Heart Sutra has held a central place in Chinese Buddhism, inspiring calligraphy, painting, music, and meditation as expressions of insight and peace.

By weaving the spirit of the Heart Sutra into a tea ceremony, we bring this wisdom into a living, sensory experience — a practice of awareness through taste, sound, and mindful presence.

Massimo practices yoga since 1991, he has worked as a professional yoga teacher for over 25 years (in Italy and in Norway).

He has studied the Indian philosophies and the Yoga traditions both academically and practically, learning the traditional Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga and Tantra Yoga under the teaching of Indian swamis (traditional yoga monks) and participating to the Yoga Educators trainings of the institute AMAYE.

He is also a certified Ayurveda therapist, and a certified instructor in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Trauma-Informed Yoga.

He is the author of the books "Inside Yoga" and "Symbiosis", and as a musician he published 5 albums of ambient music for yoga and relaxation.

A 90-minute journey through breath, movement, sound, and presence — a ceremony to awaken the life force within.


We begin by gathering in circle, arriving softly through shaking, free movement, and sound — releasing tension, awakening energy, and grounding into the body.

From this grounded state, you’ll be gently guided into the breathing technique, the intention of the ceremony, and an introduction to the natural rise of kundalini energy that may unfold through the practice.

As the rhythm builds, we move through four guided rounds of connected breathing to live drumming and music.
You may experience tingling, emotional release, deep calm, or spontaneous movement — all natural expressions of your body’s intelligence as it resets and rebalances.

Through shifts in CO₂ and O₂, the breath opens blood vessels and recalibrates the nervous system.

During the holds — on the exhale and inhale — we often touch moments of stillness, clarity, or expanded awareness.

The ceremony closes with a gentle landing: guided meditation, integration, and a sharing circle to anchor what has awakened.
No previous experience needed — only a curious heart and a willingness to be moved by your own breath.

Important: Please come with an empty stomach (minimum 1 hour before).

Not suitable during pregnancy or for those with heart conditions.

About the facilitator

Miwa Line Løtveit is a trauma-informed facilitator of breathwork, yoga, contact dance, somatic release and dance therapy.
Her work bridges art, embodiment, and spirituality — creating spaces where movement becomes medicine and expression becomes prayer. Miwa guides with deep compassion, sensitivity, and trust in the body’s innate wisdom to heal.

We’re excited to open a new chapter of calm & connection at Northern Light Yoga with our Soulful Sunday series.
Gentle, heart centered class series designed to help you recharge before a new week begins.

Each class session will offer a unique experience, from soothing sound baths to mindful yoga and relaxation practices.

This Sunday marks the first Soulful Sunday in Ski, setting the tone for many serene Sundays to come.

This Sunday you are welcome to take a break, lay down and immerce yourself in the healing vibration of the Gong whilst the space is filled with relaxing natural scents of essential oils. Together, sound and scent help reduce stress, quiet a busy mind and promote deep relaxation.

 We start by exploring the chosen scent of the evening, taking it in, feeling its qualities and effects. We then use the oils in a soothing self hand- and footmassage before we practise soft yogic movements with deep breath to release the remaining tensions held in the body.

Then we proceed to the main activity for that Sunday;  
To make ourselfs comfortable, lay down and receive the sound of the gong, vibrating and washing over us, taking us into a deeply relaxed, meditative state.

About the teacher:

Ann Christin Fossum is a Kundalini yoga teacher and a SoundHealer with more than 10 years teaching experience. She is one of the teachers you will meet at Northern Light Yoga in Ski: Kundalini Yoga Wednesdays 10:00 and Thursdays 18:00 – and if you love gongbaths, do try out her GongHealing  on Thursdays 19:30.

No experience needed to participate.

When two people have a relationship, their intimacy creates a third

energetic entity called the Egregore which grows and develops for the

duration of their time together. If a couple split then one of them will be

more connected to this energetic entity and so unable to 'move on'

because they remain attached to the psychic structure of the

relationship. It can take many years - sometimes even decades - for

natural disintegration to occur.

An egregore can also form from other relationship patterns

like friendships, workplaces, etc.


This workshop which includes Yogic, Shamanic and Kabbalistic

Structure

Welcome to the second edition of SOUND & VISIONS in Northern Light Yoga!

An evening with unique, soulful visual art and music, inspired by yoga, meditation, and spirituality.

The artists Miwa, Nils Pedersen, Vesna, Trine Kalstad, Julie Alexandra, Sara Emilie and Victoria Dahr will exhibit their beautiful artworks from 17:00 (free entrance).

At 19:00, we will have a synesthetic, multi-sensorial event where sound and visions will melt into each other.

The Gandharva Trance Ensemble (an open group of musicians that this time will feature Massimo Barberi, Anand Raj, Rayan Soeiro, Harbans Singh, Sonja Pepperrabbit, and other guests) will play mesmerizing soundscapes and hypnotic grooves made with ambient guitars, synths, saxophones, flutes, and melodic percussion.

During the concert, the visual artists Miwa and Vesna will translate the music into pictures, painting on canvas the colors and visions within the music.

A journey between dreamy visions, meditative soundscapes, and jazzy explorations.

This year, the theme of the event is:
Alchemy of Grief – Where sound and colors transmute individual and collective pain into art. Beauty, transcendence, mysticism, and harmony blooming from shadows and ashes.

Both the art exhibition and the “painting-concert” are free of charge, but if you want to stay longer during the night and join the ecstatic dance and sound bath that will follow the concert, the price for the second part of the program is 230 kr.

During the ecstatic dance, a DJ set with warm drum'n' bass grooves will make us dance and sweat, and the evening will end with a relaxing sound-healing session led by Massimo Barberi.

SCHEDULE OF THE PROGRAM

- 17:00 doors open for the art exhibition (tea and mocktails will be served).

- 18:30 presentation of the concept Soul-Art with Nils Pedersen, Massimo, and Miwa.

- 19:00 Sound & Vision concert, with live music and painting.

- 20:00 Ecstatic Dance

- 21:00–21:40 Sound-healing relaxation

Here is some information about the visual artists:

• Line Løtveit (aka Miwa) has a distinctive character in her purely intuitive form of expression. Her work is inspired by free movements, as she devotes herself to the canvas like a dance with the paintbrush in her hand.

She started in 2021 by offering live performances at festivals and has held several interactive exhibitions.

Miwa is passionate about inspiring and bringing out the free artist and inner playful child in all of us.

• Nils Pedersen

In his own words:

“Creativity has been at the forefront of my life. From childhood, throughout my adult life, and up until today – in various ways. Through a classical schooling in painting, I was introduced to Vedic art by Curt Källmann on Öland in 1997. It was a revelation, and I have participated in continuing education courses almost every summer since then.

Joy and wonder are the greatest inspirations for my creative work. Spirituality and humor follow each other in my understanding. Undemandingness and playfulness as well.”

In the last 25 years, Nils has held many solo and group exhibitions at home and abroad. During this time, Nils also meditated TM and gave many Vedic art basic courses, mostly in Norway.

He lives and works in Oslo, in an artist community with 70 studios.

• Trine Kalstad’s paintings are figurative and inspired by symbols of esoteric traditions and/or elements of contemporary culture. Some details are recurrent in several pieces, like flying tarots representing spiritual wisdom through time and space.

It references the search for timelessness and the existential need for connecting and belonging to something deeper than just a social role.

In her own words:

“Yoga and meditation have been an incredibly important part of taking care of what is me...the very essence of me as part of everything. Being in contact with the body through silence and feeling how it is like its own universe gives me a deep joy and gratitude, and also a humility to be able to open up to both light and darkness. Also staying in touch with my playfulness and the joy of exploring. Maybe that is precisely what I most deeply express through my art. It is very personal to me, and every painting (creative) journey makes me feel connected to the magic of existence.”

• Julie Alexandra is a self-taught artist who started painting at the beginning of her spiritual and healing journey in 2022, using creativity as a tool for exploration, expression, play, and release.

In her own words:

“I’ve always been drawn to the magical, the energies, the moon, the unseen. I always use energies, cleansing, dance, and music while creating my work. The images often come to me in meditation with messages that are often hiding in the pieces. They are all deeply personal to me, but I trust they will speak to the right people; and luckily, I have found that they do!

Circles, textures, colors, women, mama Earth, and symbols that have come to me are becoming a bigger part of my work, just as in my life. Always learning to let go of control, trust, and flow with the process, in art and on my journey.”

• Vesna aka The Purple Spring:

"The colour purple, with its myriad hues, serves as my artistic medium, allowing me to express both my perception of the world and my inner essence. Specialising in portraiture on black and purple backgrounds, I delve into themes of sensuality, spiritual introspection, and the enigmatic depths of the subconscious.

Moving to Oslo in my early twenties expanded my artistic horizons.

Immersing myself in the city's underground scene profoundly influenced my creative journey, shaping my distinct artistic voice.

My portfolio includes commissioned portraits, figurative drawings, live paintings at musical

gatherings, and unique clothing designs infused with a dash of purple eccentricity."

• Sara Emilie Rasmussen

In 2012 Sara traveled to Australia and spent two years there. Here she picked up the paint-brushes again after many years.

Painting became one of her greatest tools on her healing journey, and still is.

Her paintings usually starts with an intention, but with no fixed plan of the outcome.

For her, the journey of each painting symbolizes life itself; It starts out fun and innocent, into a state of flow. Sometimes «mistakes» happen, and it may even look like the painting just got ruined. This is where the lessons is learned, and what is needed is to let go. To get back into the state of Trust, flow and surrender. Chances must be taken, and then, beautiful and magical surprises happen.

It’s all about emptying the mind and let spirit flow through.

She is inspired by nature, dreams, visions, music, and the great mystery of life.

Her hope is that her paintings can ignite a spark of light and inspiration to the souls that resonate.

To walk the path of the Heart and Soul.

And to remember that we are Love.
