At Northern Light Yoga Ski, Sundays are dedicated to slowing down, softening the edges, and returning to yourself.
Soulful Sundays is our new weekly class series designed to help you create a gentle transition into the week ahead — through nourishing practices led by different teachers, each offering their own unique approach.

What Are Soulful Sundays?
Soulful Sundays are special weekly sessions that shift in theme and experience, depending on the teacher guiding that week.
Each class is crafted to help you regulate your nervous system, settle your energy, and invite more peace into your life.
Each Sunday is hosted by a different teacher from the Northern Light Yoga community.
Our teachers bring their own backgrounds — Kundalini, breathwork, meditation, sound, somatics, relaxation — making every week a fresh experience.
The style varies, but the atmosphere does not:
warm, gentle, nurturing, and deeply restorative.
Do I Need to Sign Up in Advance?
Yes — all Soulful Sunday sessions use our regular online booking system. (Our Yoga Schedule - Timeplan for Ski Studio)
Since each class has limited space to keep the environment calm and comfortable, we recommend signing up early.
If a session is full, you can join the waitlist and will be notified if a spot opens.

Are the Sessions the Same Every Week?
No — every Sunday has its own theme, teacher, and practice style.
Some weeks may include gentle movement, others a grounding breathwork practice, or a deeply restorative sound-based session.
The structure changes, but the purpose stays constant: to help you unwind, reset, and start your week with clarity and calm.

Movements are soft and accessible, and many practices are done seated or lying down.
No prior yoga experience is needed.
What Should I Bring to the Session?
We provide yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, and all props needed for relaxation.
You’re welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to relax fully, and consider bringing a warm sweater or socks for deep-rest parts of the session.
Sundays are for slowing down, feeling deeply, and returning to yourself.
