SPANDA

The Pulsing

Recognising reality through direct encounter.

~ A SATYA Immersion at Northern Lights, Oslo ~

Immersion 14-16 August 2026

Even now, as you read and reference, resonate or resist, contract or create, doubt or decide, the real force pulses.

Where breath emerges, spanda.

Where sound emerges, spanda.

Where motion emerges, spanda.

In inhale and exhale, the undivided pulses.

In thought, spanda.

In word, spanda.

Spanda. Śakti pulsing as consciousness-power, patterning reality and how it is perceived and conducted.

The embodied recognition of the real force pulsing through experience reveals the synergy in SATYA between the metaphysics and mechanics of Tantra, Yoga, and Ayurveda.

SPANDA IN LIFE

Your every breath, feeling, and response

is spanda.

Spanda is the one continuum of pulse

in whisper, cry, laugh, and howl.

REAL-LIFE IMPACT

When action becomes compulsive and misdirected,

recognition reorganises patterning at its source.

When speech disperses without force,

recognition restores meaning and its power to words.

When perception becomes fixed and predictive,

recognition clarifies perception through direct encounter.

Inner conflict resolves.

Expression is clean, clear, and meaningful.

Spanda — to throb · to pulse · to vibrate · to modulate.
From Sanskrit √spand — to throb, quiver, pulsate, vibrate

WHAT IS REALITY

What you smell, taste, see, feel, and hear.

When, where, and how you perceive, think, speak, are, and act.

All are modulations of one continuum of consciousness-power, cit–śakti.

Spanda is the pulsing of this continuum.

FIRST PULSE

Consciousness as first pulse

throbs as the source and heart of all expression.

What appears as universe

is consciousness alone, vibrating as spanda.

You will explore:
