đ BLOOD MOON TANTRIC HEALING CIRCLE
Full Moon ⢠Total Lunar Eclipse ⢠Holi Portal
Tue 3 March 2026 | Oslo | 18:15â20:15
On Tuesday 3 March 2026, the Full Moon rises into a rare celestial threshold: a TOTAL LUNAR ECLIPSE â the Blood Moon. Later that same night in Oslo, the Moon will pass through Earthâs shadow and turn copper-red at totality.
This Full Moon is also Phalguna Purnima â the lunar day connected to Holi, the Indian festival of purification, renewal, and the triumph of the inner light over what binds it.
For this portal night, we invite you to a special Kundalini Yoga tantric group practice:
You are welcome alone or as a couple. This is a tantric group practice, meaning we work with polarity within ourselves and between usâheld safely inside a clear structure. Newcomers are welcome; no prior experience needed.
The Healing Spiral of Tara
A rare meditation held on powerful cosmic windowsâfull moons, eclipses, solsticesâwhen the energetic geometry of the sky supports deep transformation. We work with our inherent polarities within ourselves and between us. The symmetry of the practice (movement, breath, gaze, mantra) is what allows healing on the personal level, the communal level, andâthrough resonanceâthe collective level.
What weâll do
⢠Somatic breathwork â land in the body, regulate the nervous system
⢠Kundalini Yoga warm-up â open the channel safely and steadily
⢠Gong healing ceremony â deep vibrational reset
⢠Healing Spiral of Tara â tantric meditation for personal + communal healing
⢠Sharing, mingling + yogic tea â integration, connection, grounding
