Spring is here, and we have created something just for you.
Starting April 21 and 22, Northern Light Yoga in Ski opens three gentle, welcoming courses for mothers, babies, and toddlers — eight weeks of movement, closeness, and care.
Postnatal Yoga with Baby Massage Rebuilding your body after birth, one soft movement at a time. Core, pelvic floor, shoulders, and neck — all the places that carry so much. Your baby is part of every session, and each class ends with a grounding baby massage.
Toddler Yoga & Movement Gym For the little movers in your life — from crawling to four years old. Balance boards, gym balls, tunnels, and play. You move with them. It is loud and wonderful.
Pregnancy Yoga with Birth Preparation Rooted in MediYoga and Kundalini tradition. Breathing, presence, and soft repeated movements that support your body through every trimester and prepare you gently for what comes next.
All three courses run on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 8 weeks, 60 minutes per class. You can join one or all three. Drop-in is always welcome. If you miss a class, you have 30 days to use it on any other class in the schedule.

About the teacher – Francesca Condoluci
Francesca is a certified 200-hour RYT Yoga Teacher with over five years of international experience across Italy, Spain, Ireland, and Norway.
She specializes in Hatha, Ashtanga, and yoga for mothers, children and families. Her teaching combines mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation to support strength, flexibility, and emotional balance.
Francesca creates safe and inclusive spaces where students of all ages can explore body awareness and inner resilience.
She is also a retreat host, offering immersive experiences in yoga, mindfulness, and holistic well-being.
