Through a guided progression of practices, we will travel from stillness to creativity and expression.

A gentle yet deep practice to open the body, feel the breath, and prepare the inner space for connection and presence
20.00 - 🕉 Shiva Shakti Meditation
We will explore and harmonise the inner polarities — the witnessing awareness (Shiva) and the vibrant life force (Shakti). A meditative journey into balance, unity, and embodied presence.
21.00 - 22:30 💃 Ecstatic Love Dance
Let the mind dissolve as the body takes the lead.
A free, expressive dance space where you can move exactly as you are — no steps to follow, no performance, just natural flow.
🎶 Special Guest DJ: Fred Samson (Klubbsafari Co-Founder)
We are honoured to welcome Fred Samson to the DJ console! With experience from hundreds of dancefloors across Europe — from Norway’s most commercial venues to London’s biggest underground clubs — Fred is a master of groove and surprise.
His sets blend diverse subgenres into a deep, irresistible flow that keeps the body moving and the spirit uplifted.

Sound Healing Integration

We will close the event with 2 hours sound-healing, lying down, bathing in magical soothing vibrations to help the nervous system settle and the experience integrate deeply.
Facilitators:
- Massimo Barberi, book author, musician, Ayurveda therapist and yoga teacher with more then 25 years of experience.
- Guro von Germeten, renowned musician, singer, producer, vocal couch and tantrika kundalini yoga teacher.
Together, Massimo and Guro will help us diving in the exploration of our universal polarities and in their natural expression though yoga, poetry, music and dance.
✨ Come with a partner, a friend, or just by yourself. This evening is about inner union as much as outer celebration.
All practices are guided with sensitivity, balance, respect, and inclusivity.
This is not just a Valentine’s event, it’s a celebration of the sacred dance between stillness and movement, receptivity and expression, self and other.
