Kundalini, a mystical power, said to be dormant at the base of your spine. Sometimes translated as the creative potential, or the potential of creation, it is both.

It is that potential of creation, of the origin, that power that makes this universe pulsate, and it is also within you.

But it is also your power, it is your creativity. I'm an artist and a musician myself, and we in our team try to bring that creativity into the education, to teach you, to challenge you, to encourage you, to bring creativity into your life.

I think it is an art to live, as it is an art to practice yoga.
