SAT NAM

What does that actually mean? SAT NAM.

SAT is the truth. NAM, is often translated as identity. It's as if you say: 'I am the truth' .

Well, I like to say: SAT - the vibration of infinity. NAM - the here and now.

So, SAT NAM is the way how I bring the infinite truth into the here and now. And each of us is unique, is a unique individual expression of that ultimate truth.

SAT NAM - this is the highest practice of kundalini yoga. To remember on every breath. Breathing in the SAT, connecting with the ultimate truth, that has no shape, no form. Breathing out, anchoring that truth into the here and now, into every step, into every gesture, into every word. To give the ultimate truth an individual expression.

SAT

NAM

Breathing in SAT. Breathing out NAM. Step by step. Breath by breath. Until your mind and your soul completely merge in that vibration.

That, is kundalini yoga - so simple.

If you're interested in stepping on that path of truth, and experience the miracles on that path, and the deep transformation that comes with the practice of kundalini yoga, you're welcome to join our education.

SAT NAM :)
