Can kundalini yoga help you with addiction?

When you look at the source of addiction as a deep, deep longing, a void that needs to be filled, kundalini yoga can be an AMAZING substitute for any sort of addiction.

Kundalini yoga is an amazing method and tool to fill that void, because it helps you to connect with your original source, with your origin, with your true self. And if you get addicted to that connection, if you can name that longing as a longing to connect with your soul, then kundalini yoga can heal you from any addiction.

Besides that, there are amazing methods, techniques, meditations, mantras, kriyas, sequences of movement and breath, as well as advice for food, nourishment, and diet, and certain ayurvedic recipes, that help you practically very much if you're struggling with addictive behaviour.

In fact, kundalini yoga was one of the first alternative treatments approved in the United States, to help with addictive struggles.
