Attitude of Gratitude

Celebrate autumn with Kundalini Practice of Gratitude. As the seasons shift, trees shed their leaves and the days gradually become shorter, we relax into a sense of relief and gratitude that what we dreamed of in summer has been fulfilled.

The practice brings an opportunity to give thanks to what has been, prepare for what’s to come and make use of what is found in the present moment. We will focus on connecting ourselves with our inner sense of abundance and cultivating the attitude of gratitude. We will together search for a place of stillness by the extended practices of breath, relaxation and mantra meditation.

Alla will take us through the process of pranayama, kriya, relaxation and meditation with kundalini mantras to offer our gratitude. She will guide through this practice along with an ambient musician and singer Atul who will bring his voice and minimal music to the event, to create a comfortable atmosphere and collective presence in the space.

A small homemade snack and tea will be offered after the practice.

About the teachers:

Alla is a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, focusing on the heart healing practices. She has been a practitioner of various yoga forms since 2006. However, she discovered the power of Kundalini Yoga in 2019. It has helped Alla tremendously throughout these years, and she aims to create a healing and inclusive space for others. She also raises awareness about mental health, promoting the importance of support and compassion. Alla is inspired by nature, cosmos and human beings’ terrestrial journeys.

Atul is an Indian ambient musician with a meditative dimension, recording artist and singer-songwriter based in Stavanger. Atul’s musical affinity lies in lyrical storytelling and expressions through creating diverse ambiences using voice, guitar and field recordings. He draws most of his inspiration from nature and raw human emotions.
