Gong bath & sound healing journey

This sound ceremony is conducted as a final ritual by the students of this year's education in Gong Playing and Sound Healing. You will enjoy the sound of several Mastergongs.

Dive into the healing vibrations of Gongs, singing bowls, and overtone instruments. Be carried away on the waves of sound. Free your senses and experience harmony and balance on a cellular level, tuning in to the sound of the cosmos. Tor Arne and Anand Raj, together with their students of this year's education, will take you on this sound journey and Gong ceremony to give you an experience that is both healing and renewing for mind, body, and soul.

Anand Raj and Tor Arne have many years of experience in the art of playing the Gong and backgrounds in yoga and therapy. Anand Raj J. Schaible is a Kundalini Yoga Lead Trainer, Musician, and Psychotherapist. He is the founder and director of Northern Light Academy and has over 20 years of experience in the use of the Gong for healing and meditation.

Tor Arne Håve (Master of Management) is a Gongmaster, sound artist, yogateacher with 11 years of experience in soundwork, overtone singing, psychotherapy, and trauma work. He also has extensive training in Bioenergetics and is a certified Bioenergetic Analytical Instructor. He has worked with Methab Benton on several occasions and has his first Gong training from Jimmy Andersson og Adam Svennson following the line from Don Conreaux. He is also the founder of Universi AS - and the developer of GONG ON THE WAY™, an international sound healing network now in 15 countries.
